Shipping Information
Australian Customers:
FREIGHT FREE!*
Freight free applies for orders over $125.00 being sent to a mainland Australian address (Tasmania Included) that weigh under 5kg actual and or cubic weight. If your order is eligible, your freight charge will be deducted from your order total during checkout.
*Gift card purchases are excluded from the required $125.00 amount to qualify for this offer.
All other Australian freight:
- Up to 1kg actual or cubic weight - $10
- Up to 3kg actual or cubic weight - $15
- Up to 5kg actual or cubic weight - $20
Rods: Flat rate of $20.00 for any order containing one or more rod/s.
Bulky orders: Orders over 5kg actual or cubic weight are classified as a ‘bulky order’. After you have placed your order, one of our team will calculate your freight options and contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed.
Other information:
At Anglers Warehouse, we are proud to entrust Star Track Couriers, Aramex Couriers & Australia Post to deliver our orders.
Our service provides online tracking and requires a signature for delivery.
We recommend sending your order to a company or work address if possible. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, it will be redirected to a post office or freight depot where you will be required to collect it.

Authority to leave:
You may request to give the courier driver the Authority the leave (ATL) your parcel on your premises, without a proof of delivery signature. If you request authority to leave on our parcel Anglers Warehouse does not take responsibility for any parcel/s that goes missing.
PO Box Deliveries:
We allow our customers to send small orders to a PO Box. We are unable to post rods and/or bulky items exceeding 1.05m in length to a Post Office Box.
*Please be aware bulky orders under 1.05m going to a PO Box may be required to be shipped with a Aus Post regular service.
Calculating Freight Charges in Checkout:
To calculate freight charges simply add your desired products to your cart and a 'Calculate Shipping Charges' section will appear below. From here, fill in the empty feilds with your desired shipping address and country, then press calculate. This will give you a freight calculation for any parcel/s up to 5kg packed. For parcel's over 5kg it is POA.
New Zealand Customers:
To calculate freight charges simply add your desired products to your cart and a 'Calculate Shipping Charges' section will appear below. From here, fill in the empty feilds with your desired shipping address and country, then press calculate. This will give you a rough freight calculation for any parcel/s up to 6kg packed. Parcels over 6kg will require a freight calculation.
No GST is charged for International Export Orders.
Express Courier International Costing:-
Below pricing is for a parcel not containing rods or bulky goods such as gaffs, landing nets etc. that measures over 105cm in length packaged.
Up to 2kg - $25.30 excluding GST
Up to 3kg - $48.10 excluding GST
Up to 4kg - $55.40 excluding GST
Up to 6kg - $70.00 excluding GST
